Our Transportaion Perspective

HERSOL’s Transportation operations are carried out in three phases: the first phase consists of Freight Courier & Cargo; the second phase which consists of Freight Brokerage; and the third phase, which consists of Retro-Fitting & Manufactuing.

The first phase of our company or our Freight Courier & Cargo are being carried out, from HerSol’s corporate office in Miami, Florida; and will expand throughout the country as our customers’ needs change and we pursuemore efficient ways to meet those needs. Our company calls this phase our Logistics Operations. HERSOL’s Logistics Operations will be carried out through our sister company HerSol Logistics, LLC., and consists of putting into service and providing logistics for emi-trucks, in the years ahead; see Pictures of our service truck above These trucks will be picking up and delivering cargo throughout the entire US territory. HERSOL currently has secured cargo or work for its fleet; we currently have over 125 freight broker relationships; over 28000 affiliated repair facilities, and two fuel networks relationships that support and supply our daily consumption in a large network of fuel providers: Pilot flying J, TA Pedro, 9One Club, and others. The second phase of our company or our Freight Brokerage was created in 2018 to help fulfill the demand of our customers, when we do not have all the operational equipment, using third party resources.

The third phase of our Transportation Expansion consists of fully funding the e-project. This project started almost 20 years ago. The e-project will be divided into two phases: Phase 1 will be retro-fitting third party trucks; and Phase 2 will be manufacturing the chassis.
